Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies used by RintUp: strictly necessary cookies only.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is a similar technology. This policy has been prepared in light of KVKK and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices.
2. Cookies we use
RintUp uses strictly necessary cookies only. No analytics, advertising, marketing or social media cookies and no third-party tracking code are used.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| rintup_session | Carries your panel session; the session token cannot be read by scripts in the browser (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) | First-party, necessary | For the session, at most 30 days |
| rintup_ws | Remembers the workspace you selected in the panel (a preference only; access is checked on the server on every request) | First-party, necessary | Ends with the session, at most 30 days |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your language (Turkish/English) | First-party, necessary | Deleted when the browser closes |
| rintup_cookie_notice (localStorage) | Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice; never sent to the server | First-party, necessary | Until you clear it |
3. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are required to provide the service you request and are processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest: secure sessions). Explicit consent is not required for these cookies; the cookie notice on our site is therefore informational only and offers no accept/reject choice.
4. Third-party content
Our customers may add a logo hosted on their own servers to their status pages; your browser then loads the logo from that server and your IP address is sent to it. The customer concerned is responsible for the cookie and logging practices of such content. The Paynkolay page you are redirected to during payment is subject to its own cookie policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in to the panel and your language will not be remembered; public pages (website, status pages, legal texts) keep working.
6. Future changes
If we ever decide to use analytics or marketing cookies or similar technologies, they will be enabled only with your prior explicit consent, through a consent panel that makes accepting and rejecting equally easy, and this policy will be updated beforehand.
